EMC directive 2014/30/EU

All electrical and electronic devices (which are capable of emitting electromagnetic interference or are susceptible to such interferences) are subject to the electromagnetic compatibility directive 2014/30/EU, known as "EMC directive".

The essential requirements of the EMC directive concern:

  • Maximum level of electromagnetic disturbance generated by devices
  • Immunity level of devices with respect to electromagnetic disturbances
  • Product documentation and instructions for use
